A Study Of God [CD]

When beset with all his trials, Job looked to God with absolute faith. There is no doubt that Job believed in God! Regardless of the strength of Job s faith, he still struggled to understand God. Job even described God as past finding out (Job 9:10). He believed in God but did not understand God. Many people also admit they believe in God but confess they do not know God.

Each of us hungers for knowledge about God, but our mortality limits our understanding (Romans 11:33). The good news is that God wants us to know and understand Him. God revealed Himself to Moses and Israel (Psalm 103:7). Moses knew God as no other mortal has ever known God.

In Deuteronomy 32, Moses announces basic information about God. This single chapter contains an amazing amount of information that allows mankind to know and understand God. This series presents a thirteen-part study of the Almighty God and examines the attributes of God revealed in Moses eloquent statement. Studying these attributes will help our understanding and urge our devotion. Read, study, and meditate upon these thoughts and come to appreciate these words: O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! (Romans 11:33).
